PROBLEM:
Organize the California State University, Chico School of the Arts' complex calendar of events from a single fall semester.
SOLUTION:
Multiple levels of information are displayed in an efficiently organized hierarchy that clearly denotes each event's title, subtitle, date & time, location, and description. Simple icons let viewers quickly identify whether each event is music, theater, or academic. All events are arranged in an easily understandable grid structure. The color scheme is inspired by a beautiful, fall landscape to enhance the message of the calendar being for a fall semester. And the font pairing uses the university's official typefaces to maintain a connection to its visual identity.
