IDENTITY STATIONARY | BRIEF

PROBLEM:

Create a set of stationary for the Media Arts, Design, and Technology Department that follows the strict, pre-established identity guidelines of California State University, Chico.​

SOLUTION:

Out of the many logos in the university’s identity, only the Institutional Mark is used in order to enhance cohesion across brand materials. The main background element used is the torn paper, to give the materials some visual depth, ensuring they don’t appear flat and boring. The torn paper, along with the Institutional Mark, enhance brand cohesion by acting as the clear, unifying elements across all stationary, ensuring visual consistency despite the differing pieces.
